Ray was a long-time and valued member of the Fire Hog Motorcycle Club. Both he and his brother Bob were what you would call characters of our Club who gave our Club its character. We spent many hours together sharing countless beers in places I’ll never forget and some I’d rather forget.
Our vest which host’s our Fire Hog Club Patch are known as our Colors or Cut. Each rip, tear, cut, and stain represents a story of where that rider has been and friends they have been with. As our Colors fade with age the stories these Colors hold come alive as a storyboard of adventure. I can tell for a fact Ray’s Cut is no exception! The Cut I hold in my hands are alive with adventure and stories of rides with friends to Solvage, Arizona, Sturgis and other locations best left untold.
I know both Bob and Ray are riding the cosmic Heaven together as I speak, having a beer and looking down at us with the comment what a “Hell of a Life” it was.
Ray passed away suddenly in 2020 only months after his brother Bob’s death. They will both be missed. RIP Ray and Bob!
